Phrases based on verbs with {-mo'} have an adverbial flavor,
answering the question {qatlh}, and just like nouns with {-mo'}
and adverbials and the question {qatlh}, it is simply easier to
understand if it starts the sentence instead of ending it. In
Klingon, one builds the environment for the action before one
presents the action. You gave the action and then described the
environment of the action. It just feels weird when I read it,
and if I heard it I would probably be completely confused.
