teH. Perhaps the first thing should have been to contact charghwI' personally 
and ask him. Since I've only been on this list a few months, I mistakenly 
assumed that this HAD to have been something which someone had noticed and 
brought to the list's attention at one time. This mistaken assumption led me 
to present arguments as if this was an accepted usage by the Klingon speaking 
community as a whole. Now that I see the error of my assumption, I feel I owe 
all involved an apology.
