Some ideas of mine on that segment... That "Dujvetlh nuq" is, I think, the same
dialect that was on PK as "Sojvetlh nuq," with the prolonged "lh" of the "tlh".
And also, that shows that sometimes you can rephrase a sentence with "which" or
an equivalent with something else.  In that, the literal meaning was "What is
that ship?", but the subtitles said, "What ship is that?"
