It is to `this' and `that' as `where' is to `here' and `there', or `when'
to `now' and `then'.  Meaningwise it is parallel to a Type 4 noun suffix.
Formwise it may or may not be; that's up to MO:

  {nuq?  paq.  chab.}  `What?  A/the book.  A/the tart.'
  {'Iv?  yaS.  ghaH.}  `Who?  The officer.  He/She.'
