I am reasonably certain that <quv> is used as a noun in TKW. I don't
remember the Klingon phrase precisely, but the English is "One does not
achieve honor (quv) by acting dishonorably." It also has <batlh> in there,
which we know is a noun, but context makes it the adverbial usage.
