No, I was not clear enough. I meant one'd use it after a command or order
had been given. The reason <majatlhta'> would be used is because it is less
abrupt, and indicates that both of the parties are done; you're not just
saying, "I'm done, shut up, bye."

See above. You'd use <jIjatlhta'> in these cases.

If <ja'chuq> is intransitive as it appears, then one could say
<maja'chuqta'>, so even if I did go on jabbering, it would be correct: the
conversation is over. Either way, it still ends up basically saying, "This
transmission is done."
