The list tends to use "pabpo'", though I have never heard that this usage
was approved in canon (it's a noun-verb compound). Then again, someone
said Okrand did approve it. I may not be remembering properly.

Not "no expanded projects," but "no canon." The contents of Hamlet are not
canon. The contents of HolQeD are not canon, unless marked as being by
Marc Okrand (as most of the words introduced there are). Doesn't make them
not worth mentioning, but they're not canon. Particularly, if a word or
construction appears to break a rule or to invent a new one, it really
should be considered very cautiously.
