Hmmm . . . sentences with {-chugh} should be translatable as "if/then"
sentences in English. Can you do this here?
"If I really want it, then I don't know."
This doesn't work for me. How about an {'e'} sentence:
vIneHqu' 'e' vISovbe'.
"I don't know that I really want it."
> *Voqrel* vIqeltaH. 'oSghachmo' mu' *voq* vIparHa'.
"Gee! What a funny-looking word {'oSghachmo'} is!!!"
This is the sort of thing a Klingon would think about this sentence. In
HolQeD 3:2 we learn that verbs with {-ghach} but no intervening suffix are
marked; they are only used in very technical or poetic forms. You aren't
doing that, so you should really find an *appropriate* suffix (avoid throwing
in {-taH} just to have a suffix if you can), or reword the sentence to use
{'oS} as a verb.
Also, your nouns here are confusing me. "Representation's word's {voq}"?
<voq> vIqeltaH, qech'e' 'oSbogh <voq> vIparHa'mo'.
I'm considering {voq}, because I like the idea which {voq} represents.
See? No need for {-ghach} at all!

Take another look at TKD section 6.3. If I want to say "{rel} is not a word,"
I use the "it" pronoun, {'oH} (not the person-capable-of-using-language
pronoun {ghaH}), like this:
mu' 'oHbe' <rel>'e'.
Essentially, English "X is Y" turns into Klingon's {Y <pronoun> X'e'}.
> be'Daj pong ghaHlaw'.
Take another look at the noun section on possessives. A "woman's name" would
be {be' pong}. Then you put the correct pronoun after it.
be' pong 'oHlaw'.
It seems to be a woman's name.

pong Dun 'oH <voqrel>'e'! chu' 'ej Daj. 'ej {-wI'} ngaSbe'! {{:-)
