{Suv} is indeed a verb for "fight." {HIvDuj} is not a verb. It is a noun,
and it refers to a type of *ship*.

No. Imperative verb prefixes are set up much like other verb prefixes: you
cross-reference the subject and the object to find the correct prefix. "You,"
either singular or plural, is always the subject. If there is no object, the
"you (singular)" prefix is {yI-} and the "you (plural)" prefix is {pe-}. For
example:
yIqet!
(You!) Run!
peqet!
(All of you!) Run!
Other prefixes exist, depending on what the *object* is. For example,
HIje'!
Feed me! ("Me" is the object. The prefix is {HI-}.)
ghoje'!
Feed us!
It just so happens that the singular and plural subject forms of the
imperative prefixes are identical for any one object. It's only if there is
no object do they differ.
Once again:
jagh Duj yISuvchoH 'ej yIQaw!
