These captions were probably written by people with less knowledge of Klingon
than you, so don't worry about it.
One way to translate "Live long and prosper," given by Okrand in Radio Times,
a British television magazine, is
Live long and prosper
yIn nI' yISIQ 'ej yIchep
Literally, "Endure a long life and prosper."
"To be or not to be" is
taH pagh taHbe'
Literally, it's "he goes on either/or he does not go on."
