Is it logical?

Looking through KGT today, I noticed a sentence in the entry for the slang
term {mo'} on p. 154:

A close standard equivalent is {meq} ("reason")--that is, "logical
   thinking."

This is an expanded meaning for the noun {meq} "reason, motive." It seems
we now have a term for "logic" - which has been discussed from time to time
on this list. This will come in useful when discussing things Vulcan:

	meq luvuv vulqanganpu'
	The Vulcans respect Logic.

	meqlIj yIQIj *SIpaq.
	Spock, explain your logic.

If this connotation also applies to the homophonous verb {meq} "reason",
then we might be able to say:

	meq vulqanganpu'
Vulcans are logical (or, "Vulcans think logically").

Some on the List have been using {meq} in this sense for some time. Now,
they can feel more confident. However, whether this is the term a
Klingon-speaking Vulcan would use for *c'thia* is anyone's guess.
