I was seeing the Undiscovered country and Kerla said:
"There has been an incident on Praxis".
*Praxis*Daq qaStaH wanI (An event is happening on Praxis)
*Praxis*Daq qaStaH e wanI tulu (There is an event that is happening on Praxis)
But, can I use [ tululI ] to [ There has been ]? or
[ tulupu ] to [ There had been ] ?
Other thing: Incident in sense of unexplained event could be:
wanI QIjHalu (the event is unexplained)
QIjlaHbebogh wanI (an event which cant be explained)
and at finally, the arghhhh use of -ghach.
wanI QIjHaghach (unexplained event)
