"Give me chocolate" *is* a command.  As I said before, if you don't
provide the tools to express imperative ideas, you shouldn't ask the
student to translate one.

And you've not taken into account the usual Klingon phrasing for the
kind of "Do this or else that happens" idea your sentence has.  The
examples we have make it "If you do not do this, then that happens."
