As I am *very* sure many other people on this list (and *all* of the 
Grammarian's) will agree, I am not particularly skilled with tlhIngan Hol. 
 I'm improving, but I have a long way to go.  So, citing me as 
possibly using {Hatlh} incorrectly seems like a safe bet (though I cannot 
recall where I might have done so).

Still, in case I did, and didn't realize it at the time, HIvqa' veqlargh, 
and let's got on with things, shall we?
