Multiple dialects, Poetry, TKD and KLBC

Well, I've seen some debate on the subjects of various languages in klingon history, I'm not an expert in either japanese or klingon, but maby klingon could be like japanese( and even english), in the way that there are two different ways of speaking, plain form and a formal way. This is simular to in english, in formal conversation you would never say "bloody ripper mate" (a bit of australian slang) or in informal conversation you would never say "of unexpectedly high standards" yet to all people(at least Australians) these both would make sense, I guess in America there is simular slang. Over time, In Australia the slang has gained popularity and lost popularity, to the extent that I would probably have some trouble understanding an old fashioned informal conversation. I guess the same is also true that while we can understand shakespeare, no-one speaks it- the language has become redundant, but in the future, we may all be speaking "Harks", "doths" and "thou's". This is my understanding of klingon- but different klingon dialects would be much more exaggerated. Well, I might be on a totally wrong track, if so please tell me.

Secondly, could some people please send me some klingon peotry, I am relatively new to the language and would like to learn poetry. Also, are there any set rules for writing poetry? Any reply would be appreciated!

I need the klingon dictionary, currently I'm using on-line dictionarys- but would like to have the official dictionary. The problem is that I live in Brisbane(Aus), even the most techincal bookstore I know doesn't have it. HELP! Maby a person living in sydney could mail me the name of a store that can send it to me. (Please reply personally)

Lastly what does KLBC mean? or stand for?

Thanks!
