What prefix to use for "I--us" etc.?

From: [email protected] (Sami Laitala)
sent me his two files on Klingon grammar asking for an Esperanto translation.
In the latter of them (KLISUFF.ENG)
I have foud the following table:
>Subject-object prefixes
>
> (no obj) O B J E C T
>
> -- sg.1 sg.2 sg.3 pl.1 pl.2 pl.3
>
>- sg.1 | jI- * qa- vI- * Sa- vI-
>- |
>S sg.2 | bI- cho- * Da- ju- * Da-
>U |
>B sg.3 | -- mu- Du- -- nu- lI- --
>J |
>E pl.1 | ma- * pI- wI- * re- DI-
>C |
>T pl.2 | Su- tu- * bo- che- * bo-
>- |
>- pl.3 | -- mu- nI- lu- nu- lI- --
>
>
> -- no prefix
> * see -'egh
I don't think Sami has placed all the asterisks correctly in his table.
I don't think one can use -'egh to render a combination "I--us" etc.
It is interesting however how to express such situations, as e.g.
I shall kill us (all).
You (singular) will ruin all of you (plural).
etc.
and theoretical: "We--me" "You-pl.--you-sing." (but I can't invent any
sentence bearing sense)
Which prefix(es) to use?
The same question may be asked for the imperative prefix
"You-sing.--you-pl."
I rather think that the * (= use -'egh with the no-object prefix) should be
placed only at the crossing of
sg.1.--sg.1., (I--me = myself)
sg.2.--sg.2., (you--you = yourself or: thou--thee = thyself)
pl.1.--pl.1., (we--us = ourselves)
and pl.2.--pl.2., (you-pl.--you-pl. = yourselves)
and not elsewhere.
Any ideas?
