taghwI'pu': jItlhIjnIS (Beginners: I must apologize)

The Klingon version is the one I composed this in, for those who want to
practice. I'll translate it into English when I'm done, and put it below.

Hoch taghwI'pu'vaD:

DaH tlhIngan Hol yIHaDqa'!

To all beginners:

You often send messages to the KLBC, and Captain trI'Qal is the one who must
answer you. Yesterday, trI'Qal told me that I was interfering with her
helping beginners. I was not trying to interfere, but sometimes I answer
quickly and I might have confused you because of this.

Let me explain. When trI'Qal became the Beginner's Grammarian, the rules for
KLBC seemed to change. I read trI'Qal's first (and second) message, and I
thought that I understood it completely. I did not. So, I would wait for
trI'Qal to have answered a beginner's post, and then I thought I could
answer. I would suggest new ideas. I'd try to say some funny remarks.
However, I did not remove the KLBC header. Therefore, trI'Qal became
furious, and she sent me a message. (Let me warn you: don't let a Klingon
woman threaten you!)

I suggested we talk on the MUSH, and trI'Qal accepted. We met and we talked.
She explained the rules to me, so I now fully understand the procedure to
follow. And trI'Qal promised to try to undertand me (so that I can continue
to invent new ideas, and won't be bothering her).

This is what I didn't know: if the subject still says "KLBC" when *anyone*
other than the BG makes a mistake, only the BG may correct him! If you want
to correct him, remove the "KLBC"! Because I did not understand this part of
the rules, I had to endure trI'Qal's anger. I never intended to be rude. I
have apologized to trI'Qal, and now I apologize to you.

Now, get back to studying your Klingon!
