Actually, neither of these works (consistently).
"When you use the automated unsubscribe, you should get a mail message
telling you that you are unsubscribed, and that it will take a few minutes
for it to go into effect."
And the usual response to the automated unsub is something to the
effect of "you are not subscribed to tlhingan-hol@..."
Not that I want off of the list,
I'm just familiar with other people's (failed) attempts to quit.
