Our Beginners' Grammarian will probably provide you with a little more
detail, but basically your best option is really to get Okrand's book.
That's THE source for grammar, etc. There is a postal course run by David
Barron, but you can't really do it without the book. We can't provide too
much in the way of grammar sketches or word-lists outside of the dictionary
for legal reasons (Paramount gets itchy when someone tries to cut into
their sales, and they're a lot bigger than any of us is).

Your name is your name: you pick something you like. "Necronomicon" is a
proper name of a book with a specific history in our culture, you really
can't expect it to translate well (if I called myself Ramaya.na in Indian
contexts and decided I had to "translate" my name among English speakers,
would you think that "Vehicle/Story of Rama by Valmiki" would be a good
name? I doubt it.) Names don't translate well. There are some pointers
in the FAQ (go to http://www.kli.org/ and select the link labeled "FAQ" at
the top; I don't remember the FAQ's URL).
