Oh dear.  You've just hit one of those snags in the Klingon language.  There 
is no easy way to say "Which <noun>."

You can avoid the problem by rewording, however.  Try this on for size:

Ha'DIbaH wIje'nIS.  nuq tu'lu'?
We need to buy meat.  What is there?

You can certainly come up with other ways to say this.
