Do what?  Klingon uses verbs which English may sometimes use with a helper 
word, "do."  Don't try to translate word for word.  Read The Klingon 
Dictionary carefully and see how sentences are put together.

No, "your tongue" is {jatlIj}.  Add the Type 4 noun suffix on it to show that 
"you" are possessing it.  "Bit your tongue" is a command, so you need an 
imperative prefix on the verb (in this case, {yI-}).

Titles and ranks seem to go after the name, so it would be {'aDam 'utlh} or 
{'aDam yaS}.
