Remember that in a Sentence As Object construction, while we
punctuate it as if it were one sentence, in Klingon, it is
still grammatically two separate sentences. The pronoun {'e'}
represents the first sentence. Meanwhile, it is the object of
the second verb.
Your adverbial applies to the second verb, so it NEEDS to go
just before the {'e'} in the second sentence. It should not be
placed between {'e'} and {vItu'} because {'e'} is the object of
{vItu'} and adverbials don't go between the verb and its
object. They generally preceed the object. {reH} can't go where
you have placed it unless you mean for it to belong to the
first sentence, and we don't actually have any canon or
description on what to do with adverbials in a comparative
construction.
We tend to presume that optional adverbials go before the
nouns, so it goes:
[Adverbial] Noun1 Quality law' [Adverbial] Noun2 Quality puS.
Still, we need to recognize that this is a presumption. Many
adverbials don't really make much sense in a comparative
structure, since most adverbials describe some aspect of an
action (QIt, nom, chIch) and verbs of quality don't tend to
have a lot of action to describe aspects of. "I am slowly
bigger than you."? Still, time-centric adverbials are often
useful in comparatives and without examples, we use them just
because everyone seems to naturally understand them when we do
it this way.
