The words you couldn't find aren't "missing". You missed finding {He} in
the dictionary: {He} + {-'a'} = "great route" or "highway". The word
{lomqa'} is a compound noun: {lom} + {qa'} = "corpse-spirit" or "ghost".
But there *are* new words that have been discovered/revealed since TKD was
reprinted with the Addendum. Many of them appeared in the audiotapes. In
CK ("Conversational Klingon"), we find {'eq} "early" and others. The tape
PK ("Power Klingon") gave us {lItHa'} "get off" and more. A few words have
been simply handed to the KLI, like {qa'vIn} "coffee" and {'ampaS} "academy".
All these {mu'mey chu'} are listed in various issues of HolQeD (hint hint).
