This would be a BAD IDEA.  First of all, these materials belong to Simon &
Schuster and Paramount; if one person could purchase them and then
redistribute them for free, then there'd be no market need for publishers
to fill.  Don't you think they know that?  Don't you think they'd respond
to your distributing their materials gratis, when they could be selling
them?  It's called copyright infringement. 

Another excellent reason not to do this, is that listening to the tapes 
for yourself is a great way to practice and learn.  You, the transcriber, 
get this benefit, but the reader loses it.  Do you think you're helping 
or hindering others' efforts to learn the language?

Put your pencil down before someone gets hurt.
