wa'DIch refers to Adjectival use of numbers to modify Nouns.
Try:  latlh wIta'pa' *pIcarD* wIHoHnIS
For "secondly", "thirdly," etc. it's simply vaj vaj vaj vaj ad infinitum.
Or, maybe the experts have some other ideas.
