I have been reading the list for quite a while, though I rarely post. My
Klingon
skills do allow me to read and mostly understand tlhIngan Hol messages,
but
I need a dictionary and a lot of time to do it. I often wind up
physically writing
(well OK - typing) English translations of the messages for my own
education.
I do NOT feel any elitism from the more skilled members of the list. The

tlhIngan Hol messages are the primary reason I read the list; I am here
to learn,
and the only way to do that is to read and post messages IN KLINGON.
This message list and the MUSH are the ONLY sources of real live Klingon
available all but a few of us. They are also the only place we can
communicate
with others in Klingon. So all I can say to those who want more English
is:

yIbepQo'! yIghoj! tlhIngan Hol DaghItlhmeH jabbI'IDghomvam Dalo'laHmo'
DaDo'qu'.
