Hee... I knew there'd be canon that -meH can precede whole clauses and not
just verbs and nouns.  -meH is far too useful a construction to be lacking
in reasonably long texts.  So let's look at the SkyBox cards.

Note the conjunction of -meH clauses with 'ej, and that they precede the
locative "pa'".  Not quite conclusive.

This is conclusive.  "ngoDvam luchavmeH ghawran [lu]maghpu' be'nI'pu'".
There's no way that you can say "ngoDvam luchavmeH" modifies Gowron; it has
to modify the following sentence, the whole sentence, and it comes before
its object.

I'll bet that gobs of other examples are there to be found in TKW.
