I wouldn't understand it that way. {juH rob} "home's disease" sounds like
an illness found in the home, or the home itself is sick, or the disease is
associated with the home. I don't think that "homesick" can be translated
quite so simply.

I don't think I've ever seen a tlhIngan Hol word written with a dash in
canon. There are "compound nouns" written as a single word, though we
don't have a clearcut explanation for how to interpret them.
But {juHrob} still sounds to me like a disease *of* the home, while the
word "homesickness" refers to someone's wanting to *be* home.
