Ah, but that's what he's already given us.  The problem is the missing
verb (lo').  {'evnagh Se'} is plainly the term which is translated as
"subspace radio": i.e. "it uses subspace frequencies."  No problem there.
No need for the word for "radio," just an explanation of the missing verb
(typo? editing problem?  I don't know).
