Actually, now that I think about it, it makes no difference whether 
{qeylIS puqloD matlh} means "Kahless' son Maltz" or "Kahless' loyal 
son".  If Kahless' son is loyal, he would probably name him Maltz.  
Perhaps all Klingon names have meanings, or once had meanings as English 
names once did also.
