What exactly do you mean by "underworld"?  If you simply mean a world which
is underground, you could call it {wutlh qo'} "underground world" or
"underground's world."  "Lord of the underground world" would be {wutlh qo'
joH}.

Or perhaps you are referring to the "underworld" of many Earth myths.  Be
aware, we know only a little about Klingon beliefs in these matters.  The
"netherworld," where the dishonored go when they die, is called {ghe''or}.
 It is said to be guarded (guarded, yes?) by a devil-like creature known as
{veqlargh}.  (By the way, remember that {veqlargh} is treated grammatically
as a being capable of using language.)  So in this idea, perhaps {veqlargh}
is the lord of {ghe''or}.  (Is he a "lord"?  I don't really know for sure.)
 {ghe''or joH veqlargh}?
