Gowron's pictures in TKW doesn't look like Gowron.  Who is it?

Also, was my question {ghaH 'Iv} correct?  Should it not be {'Iv ghaH}?  
Is {SoH 'Iv} (which is canon) a clipped phrase?  I think it should have 
been {'Iv SoH}, unless it was clipped.  Let me use an example to show 
what I mean.

tera'ngan ghaH  (He is a Terran)
tera'ngan ghaH 'Iv 'e' (Who is a Terran?)
SoH ghaH 'Iv 'e'  (replaced tera'ngan with 'Iv, ala TKD 69)
SoH 'Iv (clipped)

to which the answer is {tera'ngan jIH}.  Actually, a name would have 
worked better in the place of {tera'ngan}, but the example still made 
sense.  Anyone comment on this?
