KLBC: I would like to translate my name

Hello:

I would like to translate my last name into proper tlhingon.  The name is
<Rottman>.  It comes from German where <rot> means <red> and <man> means,
well I guess it means <man>.  

My copy of TKD tells me that:

Rot/Red= Doq
man= loD

Since tlhingon speech is NOUN, VERB, and ANYTHING ELSE, would it be correct
then to translate <Rottman> into loD'Doq?
Would Doq'loD be incorrect?  It "sounds" better that way......
