Yes, it's two sentences. It follows a model we see sometimes in Okrand's
sentences (e.g. 'uSDaj chop chev; I seem to remember a sentence very like
this one somewhere recent, perhaps in the CD-ROM or TKW). Read it as: "I
admit my mistakes; I'm brave." Implication: I am brave enough to admit my
mistakes. It's not a truly new sentence construction, merely an idiom
we've seen once or twice (and not even all that far-fetched an idiom at
that).
I keep thinking there's a sentence in recent canon that says almost exactly
"QaghmeylIj yIchID yIyoH"; anyone verify?
