No, there is nothing wrong here.  {nuQ}, {po'}, and {vIng} are verbs.  They 
have the Type 9 verb suffix {-wI'} on them.  This suffix makes the entire word 
into a noun.  {po'} is "be skilled," and {po'wI'} is "one who is skilled."

{-pu'} is a Type 2 noun suffix indicating plurals.  For example, on skilled 
person is called {po'wI'}, but more than one skilled person is {po'wI'pu'}.

I can see how this can be confusing, though.  There is also a Type 4 noun 
suffix {-wI'} and a Type 7 verb suffix {-pu'}.  They are all unrelated, 
though.
