I presume you mean "ghajwI'".  Can you "have" religion?  Do you "possess"
it?  This is another of those myriad meanings of "have."

I thought that was what you were trying to translate; isn't that what a man
of religion is?  Someone active in religion?  I'd use "lalDan pabwI'"
actually; religion is something followed, as rules are.  This may be
influenced by the fact that I'm Jewish, and Judaism is more an orthopraxy
than an orthodoxy (i.e. the emphasis is a little more on DOING than on
BELIEVING).  Even aside from that, though, I think "pab" is still
accurate.
