Hrm. I'd expect "DeS" to come first: arm's bend-place. Moreover, you are
making a compound of "SIH" which is a verb; we don't know that you can do
that.
Someone suggested "DeS qIv" for elbow, which I rather like. It would
probably be understood, but likely as a very poetic term. My guess is that
there is a simple Klingon word for it, and we just don't have it yet.
