It didn't happen WHILE that time was happening, it occurred AT that time. You
*could* use {qaSDI'} here. I used to do this myself.
Still, in Klingon when you name a time at which something happens, you need
only say the time. If you want to say "I got home at five o'clock," you say
{wa'maH Sochvatlh rep juHDaq jIpaw}. You don't need to use {qaS}.
