Possibly. But this raises the question: what is an {'orqut}? You can say
{tlhIngan jIH}. Does {'orqut jIH} mean "I am Orcutt," or does it mean "I am
an Orcutt."
(Sorry: when I said "the only two ways to say this," I meant "the only two
ways to say this using {pong}.")
