The Klingon Armada International has arranged for the tera'nganpu' to 
officially recognise the location of the Klingon Homeworld.  A star in 
the "shoulder" of Ursa Major (the big dipper) has been registered in the 
International Star Registry's vault in Switzerland as Qo'noS Hovtay'.  It 
can be seen through a small telescope at:
