"jIHna'" sounds very odd... as though it's the *definite* me, as opposed to
something that's sort of me but not really.  If you want to emphasize the
"me"-ness, you can rely on the fact that you have the pronoun there at all
("ponglIj vIparHa' jIH" does put emphasis on the jIH, which normally would
be elided), or for extra oomph, particularly for contrast (I, as opposed to
others), you can use "-'e'": ponglIj vIparHa' jIH'e'.
