Fair enough.

Sounds about right to me. The most important guidelines are the ones
internal to you. You might feel it important to have a name that means
something grammatically, while another person does not, etc.

A nice name! Though it should be spelled with a capital S, if you're using
the standard orthography. If you're concerned about the grammar (and
there's no reason you HAVE to be; it's just a name), be aware that "HoS
'etlh" means "sword of strength" (since HoS is a noun, making this a
noun-noun construction: strength's sword), while "strong sword" would more
naturally be translated as "'etlh HoS" (since HoS is also a verb, and you
can use a stative verb like an adjective by putting it after the noun). So
you may wish to transpose the elements of the name. Or not. Up to you.
