Windows 95 Klingon Theme

While on the net the other day, I came across a fun Star Trek Theme for use with Windows 95 & Plus!. The site is http://www.windows95.com/.

It has some neat animated cursors, icon and a cool screen saver.

Well, if the Federation can have a theme, how about the Klingon Empire?

Although I am not up to the challenge, I thought perhaps someone else here might be talented enough to come up with something.
