It's a name. You can do anything you want.

No, the order is wrong. "qengwI' nuH" means "a carrier's weapon", and so
"qengwI'nuH" would probably be "carrier-weapon". A "weapon-bearer" has the
order the other way 'round: "nuHqengwI'"

"quv" isn't an adverb (and neither is "noble" in your "noble spear-carrier"
phrase). It's a verb (in Klingon) acting as an adjective. I suppose you
could do "nuHqengwI' quv" (adjectives follow the nouns they modify.)

If *you* like it (It's your name, after all). Though again, the order
should be "'etlhqengwI'". A qengwI''etlh is a kind of an 'etlh, and you're
not a sword.
