For everyone, it's different.  Obviously, the only convention in active 
play is that it has to sound Okrandian Klingon.  Many people chose 
compound words describing themselves.  Others took English names and 
transliterated them.  As for my, I took my legal name, Heidi, and it's 
meaning, noble, then translated it to the Klingon version, chuQun.  

So, chuQun is Klingon for Heidi.  {{:)

It all depends on your preference, and what sounds good to you.  AFter 
all, that's what everyone is gonna call you for a very long 
time.
