Klingon names

Hello. I'm new to the list, as well as tlhIngan Hol, and would like to
choose a Klingon name for myself. I am curious as to the rules, if any,
involved in naming. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance, and I'll check back when I actually choose one to
make sure it's acceptable.
