Well, according to the Skybox trading card series, it's simply
{tlhIngan wo' Degh}, "Klingon Empire Symbol". In Klingonaase, it's the
Komerex stela, "the structure that grows".
Posting graphics to the list is probably not a good idea. It would be better
to put it up on the ftp site at ftp.kli.org and then post to the list telling
everyone where to find it there.
