Rather nicely done. Still, it is my role to be picky...
According to tlhIyQa:

Noun conjunctions go AFTER the list of nouns, not between them.
The appositive is a little shaky -- we're not sure it is okay,
but then we are not sure it is not okay.

You need a {-'e'} suffix appended to {DuSaQ}. That's just part
of the Noun-Pronoun-Noun+'e' construction.

You probably don't want the {-pu'} on {vItagh} here. As it is,
you are indicating that you HAD begun that Klingon was spoken a
very few days ago, when you probably mean that you HAVE
begun... You want past tense (which you indicate with {Hu'
puSqu'}), not past perfect.
Also, you don't want to use {-lu'} here, unless you have begun
the process that several unnamed and unlimited persons speak
Klingon to each other.
Also, your time setting should come before the direct object of
{tagh}, so, while it does not initially seem right, it should
come before the pronoun {'e'}.
The tweaking of these points results in:
tlhIngan vIjatlh Hu' puSqu' 'e' vItagh, 'a nom vIghoj.

Fine. Some might argue that *Rome*ngan Hol would be a better
term...
