Mmm, I just read somewhere (of even: was told recently, I can't remember
which one ;-)) that neH should follow the word it refers to. So that would
than be "tlhIngan QeHvIpbe'choH qoHna' neH" for "Only a definate fool is not
afraid to change a Klingon to be mad". And that sounds like a good
translation of "only a fool would anger a Klingon" to me. Maybe you should
add -moH (cause), so the verbs gets "QeHvIpbe'choHmoH", or "not a afraid to
(cause to) get mad" or something. I'm not sure...
