Now that we have examples of apposition, perhaps that would apply here.
I know that in English we can say either "the Von Trapp family" or
"the family Von Trapp" (though the latter is rather formal-sounding).
Neither seems quite the same to me as "Von Trapp's family", so I'm
reluctant to invoke the "possessive" noun-noun construction. Except
we know that Klingon families/clans are identified as "House of Duras"
etc.; maybe the translation SHOULD be literal. Alas, there's no simple
word for "house" in either the "building" or "clan" sense. :-( Does
{qorDu''a'} suggest a "clan"? Perhaps {Hung qorDu''a'} is reasonable.
